Sloth:
I know not what it is to rush
I lollygag, and fritter away.
I am a man of dreadful sloth
Ending where I began each day.
Time does not weigh on me,
Or convict me to quicken my pace.
I stroll through the sweet of life,
And become bored along my ways.
A step or two at a time,
I would not dare a single more—
For I am a man of dreadful sloth,
And very little of anything more.
(...the mental deterioration due to the prolonged absence of collaborated efforts towards truth--the fellowship of minds in humility, seeking after one goal.)
